Here are some of the key points from a consultants’ report studying the future of the SaskTel Centre arena/concert venue and the TCU Place convention centre.

“The status quo is not an option,” consultant Lyle Hall of HLT Advisory told Saskatoon city council Monday. With TCU Place turning 50 this year and SaskTel Centre having already hit 30, the facilities will start to lose ground to newer venues in other cities, the report says.
