Stray dogs rounded up in Mount Royal area

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was called out early Wednesday to retrieve eight stray dogs roaming around Saskatoon’s Mount Royal neighbourhood.
The dogs, believed to be poodle/shih-tzu crosses, were taken back to the SPCA shelter, where they are undergoing health evaluations, said SPCA spokeswoman Jasmine Hanson.
“Right now, we’re trying to get the right information about these dogs from the public.”
