Two people are in custody today in connection to a stolen vehicle.At approximately 4:30 a.m., August 21, 2019, Saskatoon Police observed a brown Chrysler PT Cruiser without a licence plate. It was travelling on Walmer Road near Avenue H North. Upon seeing Patrol members, the driver fled the scene at a high rate of speed.
