STC Chief Mark Arcand sets record straight on FSIN rumours

Mark Arcand, Chief of the Saskatoon Tribal Council, which represents several First Nation communities around Saskatoon speaks about rumours and issues within the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations outside of Saskatoon’s TCU Place on Oct. 25, 2018.The press conference was held as delegates representing FSIN communities gathered to cast their ballots for the organization’s executive.
