On March 14, 2020, at 7:05p.m., a patrol supervisor was flagged over at 21st St/Ave R S by a 56 year old male driving himself to the hospital suffering from a cut to his left hand.  The victim then insisted on driving himself to the hospital.Officers located the residence where the incident occurred in the 200blk Ave S S.  As officers arrived, the suspect attempted to flee but was quickly arrested without incident.  The 40 year old male suspect is known to the victim.  He is
