Sports briefs: Three Blades returning; Huskies ranked 9th

Three members of the Saskatoon Blades are returning to the team after being released from their respective NHL team’s camps, and are expected to see action in the season opener on Friday night in Swift Current. 
The Washington Capitals released 1999-born forward Kristian Roykas-Marthinsen and 2000-born forward Eric Florchuk on Wednesday. Fellow Blades forward Chase Wouters (2000) is on his way home after attending the Tampa Bay Lightning main camp as an invite.
