SPCA offers option to pick the price on adoptable cats

The Saskatoon SPCA is overrun by adorable cats and kittens. To make room for more, the organization is offering interested adopters the opportunity to pick what they pay to adopt a furry feline.
The SPCA facility has about 100 cats, kittens and barn cats — more than 50 of which are available to leave right away. Spokeswoman Heather Sutherland said the building physically can’t house any more.
“We’ve filled our last kennel, so we are at the point where we have to use carri
