SPCA benefits from 40,000-pound dog food donation from Pet Smart

SPCA in Saskatoon got a huge boost on Thursday when Pet Smart dropped off 50 pallets of dog food, nearly 40,000 pounds worth.
The food will be used by SPCA as well as other animal shelters across Alberta and Saskatchewan to feed their rescue animals.
“This food is basically going to set us up for the next 12 months, which is amazing,” said Cathy Brin, SPCA Volunteer and Public Relations Coordinator. “We’re just thrilled about this partnership and this donation.”
