Soiled rags caused Montgomery Place fire that left millions in damages
The Saskatoon Fire Department has determined product-covered rags caused a fire that caused extensive damages in Saskatoon’s Montgomery Place Neighbourhood over the weekend.
The fire in the 1200 block of Crescent Boulevard resulted in an estimated $2 million in damages at three properties. Two pickup trucks, two storage trailers and a motorhome were also “fully involved” in the fire.
