Sixties Scoop survivors call on Moe to take action
Laticia Racine, who was taken from her home as a child, says consultation with survivors of the Sixties Scoop regarding an apology, and on ways to move forward in the healing process, “needs to be done, and it needs to be a priority on (Saskatchewan’s) list.”
