Shooting - 1700 blk Preston Ave N

Shortly before 10:00 PM Tuesday evening, police were called to a parking lot in the 1700 block of Preston Ave. N.   A witness had seen several men in the parking lot yelling at each other.  At least one man was seen with what appeared to be a long-barrelled firearm and the witness reported hearing several shots fired.  Officers arrived a few minutes later however there was no one around.  Found  at the scene was evidence of what appeared to be gunshots with ind
