SGI looking at consequences for keys left in vehicle thefts

It’s a pattern in Saskatoon. Keys left in a vehicle, the vehicle gets stolen and is used to commit crimes or threaten public safety when suspects evade police. Now SGI is looking at the consequences. Rebekah Lesko reports.
