Severe thunderstorm watch issued for Saskatoon, wind warning issued in Regina

A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for Saskatoon and much of west-central Saskatchewan.
The watch was issued Wednesday by Environment Canada, which said conditions were “favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.” The thunderstorm watch included Warman and area, Kindersley and area, Lloydminster, Prince Albert and area, Outlook and area, and The Battlefords and area.
