'Seriously inadequate': experts question West Wind Aviation's Fond-du-Lac de-icing gear

A former Transport Canada inspector says the plane that crashed near Fond-du-Lac "requires de-icing trucks and extensive de-icing equipment, certainly not garden variety spray bottles."
