Second-degree murder charge laid in death of Tyler Applegate
A fourth person is charged in the death of Tyler Applegate, who police say was shot after confronting a man who was urinating on his fence.
The “fourth and final” person is charged with second-degree murder and recklessly discharging a firearm, according to a Saskatoon Police Service news release. The man is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
