Five people are facing charges for Unlawfully Possessing Cannabis to Sell under the federal Cannabis Act after a combined investigation by the Break & Enter and Guns & Gangs Units.On October 17, 2018, at 3:40 p.m., members of the Guns & Gangs Unit conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 300 block of Avenue H South.
