Scam involving CRA, gift cards prompts warning from Saskatoon police

City police are cautioning the public about a scam involving fake representatives of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) demanding gift cards.
On Thursday, Saskatoon police issued a news release indicating they have received complaints about aggressive and threatening phone calls where a person, claiming to be from the CRA, attempts to bully people into paying a false debt.
The suspect caller demands payment in the form of gift cards, and victims are instructed to provide authorization codes from th
