Saskatoon's weather: Sunny, high -13 C, low -21 C

The sky over Saskatoon will be mainly sunny on Wednesday, according to Environment Canada’s forecast.
The wind could reach a speed of 15 kilometres per hour during the day. That could make the expected high of -13 C feel more like -37 C in the morning and -28 C in the afternoon.
In the evening, the sky should be clear. The wind is expected to pick up speed and come in from the south at 20 km/h before becoming light. 
A low of -21 C is forecast with a wind chill of -30 C.
