The day should be mainly cloudy, with wind coming in from the southeast at 20 kilometres per hour in the afternoon. A high of -11 C is expected.
Overnight, the cloud cover should linger with wind increasing to 30 km/h and the temperature rising to -8 C by Thursday morning.
