Saskatoon's weather: Mainly cloudy; high 1 C, low -9 C

Tuesday is shaping up to be a grey day in Saskatoon, according to Environment Canada’s forecast.
The sky is expected to be mostly cloudy during the day, with a 30 per cent chance of flurries. A high of 1 C and a UV index of 3 or moderate are in the forecast.
The evening sky should be partly cloudy, but expect a southwest wind of 20 kilometres per hour to become light. A low of -9 C is forecast.
