Saskatoon's weather for Thursday: mainly sunny, high of -23 C

Saskatoon is in for another cold, sunny day as the Environment Canada forecast calls for a high of only -23 C on Thursday.
A 15 km/hour wind is also expected for most of the day, leaving the temperature feeling closer to -40.
Overnight, the temperature could drop to a low of -31 (-38 with the wind chill) and there’s a 30 per cent chance of light snow.
Saskatoon hit a high of -22.2 on Wednesday, slightly colder than the average low of -21.5.
