According to Environment Canada’s forecast, clouds will build during the day and the wind could reach a speed of 15 kilometres per hour.
A high of -11 C is expected with a wind chill of -28 C in the morning.
In the evening, the clouds should stick around, with the wind remaining unchanged. 
A low of -20 C is expected with a wind chill of -29 C.
