Saskatoon's weather: Cloudy; high -1 C, low -4 C

Warmer conditions are in store for Saskatoon on Tuesday, according to Environment Canada’s forecast.
The sky should be mainly cloudy and the wind is expected to reach a speed of 30 kilometres per hour. A high of -1 C is expected.
The cloud cover is expected to remain into the evening. There will be a 60 per cent chance of flurries in the evening and after midnight, with a risk of freezing rain in the evening. The wind should change direction and come in from the southwest, tapering off to
