Saskatoon's weather: Clear; high -17 C, low -21 C

Environment Canada’s forecast for Saskatoon calls for colder temperatures on Tuesday, but a clear sky.
The sky should clear in the morning and stay clear for most of the day, becoming partly cloudy in the evening.
The wind is expected to come in from the northwest at 20 kilometres per hour and becoming light in the morning. In the evening, wind speeds should reach up to 15 km/h.
A high of -17 C is expected in the afternoon as well as a low of -21 C with a wind chill of -28 C.
