Saskatoon's former city manager paid $350K in January

Murray Totland seems likely to remain the City of Saskatoon’s highest paid employee in 2018, even though the former city manager left city hall at the end of last year.
Totland was paid $348,892.27 on Jan. 15, which included retention bonuses, vacation pay and pension contributions.
That eclipses Totland’s 2017 salary of $305,989. Totland surprised many when he announced he was leaving his position last fall. His last day was Dec. 31, 2017.
