Saskatoon struggles to find space for sidewalk cafés, pedestrians

Finding enough room for both sidewalk cafés and pedestrians, in particular people with mobility issues, is proving to be a challenge in Saskatoon.
A city council committee heard from a downtown bar owner on Monday that the requirement for a two-metre width for pedestrian movement on sidewalks is too restrictive.
