Saskatoon Stars still undefeated at Esso Cup

The Saskatoon Stars improved their record to 2-0 at the 2018 Esso Cup national midget female hockey championship with a 3-0 victory Monday over the Pionnières de Lanaudière from Quebec.
Mackenna Parker, Grace Shirley and Anna Leschyshyn scored for Saskatoon, which has yet to allow a goal through two games in the tournament being held in Bridgewater, N.S.
Parker and Shirley scored 61 seconds apart in Monday’s win. Arden Kliewer made 19 saves for the shutout.
