Saskatoon Stars move into finals after sweep of Regina Rebels

The Saskatoon Stars are into the Saskatchewan Female Midget AAA Hockey League finals for the fourth straight year after defeating the Regina Rebels in the semifinals.
The Stars completed a three-game sweep in their best-of-five series with a 3-1 win on Tuesday at home. After Jenna Merk opened the scoring for the Rebels in the first period, Ashley Messier tied it in the second. Anna Leschyshyn scored the game winner with 6:55 left in the third.
