Saskatoon sees coldest temps so far this winter

It’s a bit chilly out.
Environment Canada says temperatures experienced by Saskatoon residents on Tuesday were the coldest the city has endured this season.
“Up until early January, we’ve had a relatively mild winter, so I think people are … not climatized to the cold,” said warning preparedness meteorologist Terri Lang. She said Saskatchewan has officially reached the “dead of winter” as an Arctic air mass over southern Saskatchewan triggered
