Saskatoon prowling victim describes 'traumatic' experience filing statement to police

The Saskatoon Police Service says it is looking into a complaint from a woman who says an officer at the city police station made her feel like “gum on a shoe” when she tried to give a statement about a prowler outside her bedroom window in 2017.
