Saskatoon police informant Noel Harder back in court next week

A bail hearing for Saskatoon police informant Noel Harder — who was booted from the federal Witness Protection Program last fall and was charged this month with 26 weapons- and drug-related charges — has been postponed.
Harder was expected to have his bail hearing in Saskatoon provincial court Friday, but he told a judge he had not yet had an chance to speak with his lawyer, so could not go forward with it.
He is scheduled to appear in court again Oct. 5.
