Saskatoon police don't believe shooting was random act

A man who walked into St. Paul’s Hospital with a gunshot wound to his arm is not co-operating with police investigating the incident.
The 23-year-old man is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to a Saskatoon Police Service news release.
