Saskatoon police, community organizations concerned about violent start to 2024

It's been a violent start to 2024 in Saskatoon, with five homicides and more than 350 reports of assault so far. The city's latest homicide left a 12-year-old boy dead and two boys aged 12 and 13 charged.
