Saskatoon police chief would like an extension on pot legalization

Saskatoon police Chief Troy Cooper says he would welcome a little more time before cannabis becomes legal.
On Wednesday, the province released its framework for recreational cannabis legalization, outlining a minimum age of 19, a zero-tolerance policy for impaired driving and a blanket prohibition of consuming cannabis in public.
