Saskatoon police arrest suspect before home owners know about break-in

Before home owners in Saskatoon knew their house was being broken into, police arrested a suspect.
Officers responded to a report on Saturday around 4 a.m. about a suspicious male checking vehicle in the 200 block of Avenue W North,  police said in a news release. The air support unit found the suspect and saw him break into a home’s back door which leads to the garage. Officers on the ground were directed to the scene, where the suspect was arrested on mischief charges.
