Saskatoon mayor and councillor looking for alternate revenue sources aside from taxpayers

Saskatoon Mayor Charlie Clark and Coun. Bev Dubois are looking for alternate revenue sources to supplement the tax base after city administration presented its 2018 preliminary budget. Wendy Winiewski reports.
