Saskatoon man wins $1 million after finally checking his stack of tickets

A Saskatoon man is $1-million richer after his wife urged him to check his stack of lottery tickets.
“My wife had read that there were unclaimed lottery prizes in Saskatchewan and she knew that I had a stack of tickets that I hadn’t checked,” Shannon Luoma said in a news release issued by Saskatchewan Lotteries. “So she made me stop at the store to check them all.”
