Saskatoon looks at how to prepare for potential oil spill

A study recommends the City of Saskatoon install a Powdered Activated Carbon dosing system at its raw water intake in the South Saskatchewan River. Following the 2016 Husky oil spill in the North Saskatchewan River, Stantec Consulting was commissioned to help Saskatoon prepare for a contamination event.
