Saskatoon kayaker ends Olympic journey amid troubled waters of COVID-19

Kayaker Jarret Kenke hoped to paddle his way with Team Canada to the Tokyo Olympics. Then COVID-19 hit, delaying the Olympics by at least a year. Now, Kenke has decided it's time to end his Olympic journey.
