Saskatoon investigators exploring possible links between five vehicle fires

Saskatoon police believe five suspicious vehicle fires over a 10-day span may be connected.
 
Officers responded to five fires between Oct. 12 and Oct. 22. Each of the fires — Birch Crescent and Spruce Drive on Oct. 12, the 2300 block of Haultain Avenue on Oct. 13 and Oct. 14, the 400 block of Main Street East on Oct. 22, and around University Drive and College Drive on Oct. 22 — took place late at night or in the early-morning hours, according to police in a news release.&
