Saskatoon 'dodged a bit of a bullet,' reports Environment Canada after overnight windstorm

Though the city of Saskatoon was hit by gusts of 113 kilometres-per-hour during an overnight windstorm, Environment Canada says the city was largely spared from damage experienced by other cities in the province.
