Saskatoon committee declines full request by SPCA to continue pound services

Councillors on a City of Saskatoon committee have voted in favour of increasing the amount of money given to the Saskatoon Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to continue its pound services for the city. However, they declined to give the group the full amount of money it was asking for.
