Saskatoon city hall prepared for 'bad winter' for water main breaks

After enduring a tough holiday season, including water main breaks on Boxing Day and Dec. 30, Norman Tewes and his neighbours appear to have caught city hall’s attention.
Tewes said water service was disrupted in his building in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue North in City Park in late November, in addition to the two holiday breaks.
