Saskatoon city hall lends an ear to train whistle complaint

The noise from train whistles became so disruptive for Ted Hansen, he measured the decibel level inside his Stonebridge home — at 3 a.m.
In a detailed presentation explaining the problem emanating from a CN Rail crossing that lies just southeast of Saskatoon’s most southern point, Hansen appealed for help from city council’s transportation committee on Monday.
