Saskatchewan is set to be Canada’s first province to reopen during the COVID-19 pandemic, after Premier Scott Moe unveiled his five-phase plan to begin the “new normal” way of life. Eric Sorensen looks at what’s in the plan, and what it could mean for the rest of Canada.
