Saskatchewan councillor devastated by 2nd deadly crash at intersection

Art Lalonde, the Rural Muncipalities Reeve for Connaught, Saskatchewan, remembered a crash that killed an Alberta family in 1997 at the same intersection where the deadly Humboldt Broncos bus crash occurred on Friday.
