Sask. RCMP refutes report claim that police, Indigenous relationship is 'deeply fractured'

The RCMP has denied its relationship with Indigenous communities is “deeply fractured” after a Human Rights Watch report called for the creation of a special investigative unit to look at allegations of violence by police in Saskatchewan.
