Sask. Progressive Conservatives question Regina bypass spending

The Progressive Conservative Party of Saskatchewan is questioning why the province spent nearly $2 billion on the recently opened Regina bypass while commuters in Prince Albert only have one, busy crossing over the North Saskatchewan River.
