Sask. post-secondary institutions will start fall semester without mask or COVID-19 vaccine mandates

Post-secondary institutions in Saskatchewan are encouraging people who will be on campus this fall to mask and stay up to date with vaccinations, but they are not imposing COVID-19 related mandates.
