Sask. Penitentiary inmate charged with murder of Christopher Van Camp

Twenty-eight-year-old Tyler Vandewater, an inmate at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary, has been charged with second-degree murder in the in-custody death of 37-year-old Christopher Van Camp earlier this week.
RCMP were notified Wednesday morning that Van Camp had been found unresponsive in his cell and emergency responders called to the prison could not resuscitate him.
